Paddocks of Mixed-Use Development Featuring Target Corp.
Paddocks of Frankfort is a $150 million project and is the largest mixed-use development in the history of Frankfort and Franklin County, Kentucky. With dozens of planned new to the market restaurant and retail offerings, the project is projected to create 1,732 construction jobs over the 3-year development period. The ongoing annual impact is estimated to directly support 1,085 jobs and $28 million in yearly wages per an economic impact analysis prepared by Commonwealth Economics. This activity is estimated to indirectly support another 177 jobs and $3.9 million in yearly wages throughout the area.​ Governor Andy Beshear offered, “Team Kentucky works hard to ensure a great quality of life in all our Kentucky communities.
